Persons with a severely injured ID card "B" can purchase their ticket at the day box office and receive a free ticket for the accompaniment with proof of the severely injured ID card.
On the forecourt of the fair there is an ATM of the Sparkasse Mittelthüringen.
Visitors have the option of using the trade fair's own free Wi-Fi for 30 minutes or purchasing tickets online for a fee. The free WLAN is a limited access without guarantee.
Film and photo shoots for private purposes are generally allowed at our own events. We are happy to receive a link when sharing the recordings on social media.
In principle, dogs are prohibited at the fair.
The site is barrier-free for wheelchair users. There are several disabled toilets, some of which require a Euro key. A Euro key is also required to use the lifts in the foyer of Hall 1. If you have any questions, please contact the security staff on site.
The minimum age to visit rapid.tech 3D alone is 14 years. Persons under 14 years of age require an accompanying adult for the visit.
