Process optimization of 3D printing by online IR-seonsors
Through targeted use of IR measurement technology, both quality and productivity can be increased.
For different protyping processes are discribed and optimization potentials are shown. Herefore the most common processes are shown, we gone talk about WAAM, metal selective laser sintering (SLS) for production of metal prototypes and polymer selective laser sintering (SLS) and fused deposition modeling FDM) for production of metal polymer parts. Since all of these process are tempature based, qualty and quantity of produced parts are dependent on ability to control temperatures.
