The Technology Campus Parsberg-Lupburg combines the strengths of two local universities, the Deggendorf Institute of Technology and the Technical University of Regensburg. The decentralized university location stands for research and development in the key areas of digitalization, production technology and materials science. Another focus is on the transfer of scientific knowledge to companies in the region.

In addition to contract research projects and various service activities, sovereign research projects are also implemented in which cooperating companies can benefit from public funding.
