• Turned, milled, and plotted parts made of high-performance plastics using CNC machining.
• Semi-finished products in the form of sheets, rods, and tubes, as well as cast and molded parts made of polyurethane and Vulkollan®.
• Waterjet-cut precision parts, seals, samples, and prototypes, manufactured precisely and quickly without tooling costs.
• Additive manufacturing with prototypes, spareparts, pre-series, and full-series production from our in-house technology center.
• Special sealing technology parts, such as molded rubber articles, injection-molded parts, profiles, and metal parts from partner companies.
• A comprehensive range of semi-finished products in the form of films, sheets, rolls, rods, and tubes, made from all common elastomers, plastics, cellular materials, sealing and insulation materials, and other non-metallic special materials, available from stock, including a cutting service.
